Freelance Spoken Word Producer and Performer

In autumn 2022 a major new cultural venue and attraction will open its doors for the first time; an iconic new theatre, education centre, outdoor performance garden and an exhibition space being built in Prescot.

They are offering a yearlong residency to a Spoken Word Producer and Performer. They are keen to receive applications from artists specialising in any form of spoken word, such as rap, performance poetry, storytelling, and comedy, and and are particularly interested in experimental, innovative and socially engaged practice.

Fee for this role is £ 23,000 paid in 12 equal installments. 40 hours per week expected.
