The Halcyon Syncopators community big band

The Halcyon Syncopators is a community big band who play big band, vocal and dance music from the 1930s to the 1960s. We perform at parties, conferences and dinners – at St George’s Hall, Sefton Park Palm House, the Adelphi and Liner Hotels, the Bluecoat Arts Centre, and are a regular at Liverpool Jazz Club.
Our usual repertoire includes classic big band and swing music made famous by the bands of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Glen Millar, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald.
